patients about their dental options and by helping providers connect with new prospects to grow their respective dental and medical practices.

David Fishman, Chief Executive Officer
A long-time veteran of digital media and online marketing, David Fishman currently heads Patient Fuel as the acting CEO.
Prior to this, he co-founded CastleWave.com, where he led sales, business development, and strategy for the company before
selling it in 2010 to Crexendo, a division of Imergent, Inc.
Before launching CastleWave.com, David was the CEO of uPlayMe, Inc., a Web 2.0 music and social network. Before that, he was
the New York Director of WRP Media - a subsidiary of the Denver-based Belcaro Group, Inc., owner of ShopAtHome.com, Inc. David
headed strategic business development for ShopAtHome.com’s diverse digital media properties, helping to identify and cultivate
emerging growth opportunities.
Before assuming his position at WRP, David was VP of business development at iLead Media, where he specialized in international
call centers and lead generation before the company was sold to Think Partnership.
Prior to that, David co-founded email delivery technology firm, Karizma Media Solutions, assuming the VP of business development role
when the company launched in 2000. Karizma’s technology was acquired by Pennsylvania research firm, J. Scott International.

Guy Cohen, Chief Operating Officer
Bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and more than a decade in the consumer technology industry, Guy Cohen joins Patient
Fuel as its COO, ensuring that the providers within our growing network can easily connect with patients interested in the types
of medical services they offer.
Throughout his R&D and product development experience, Guy has demonstrated a natural ability for creating award-winning innovation
through software. Most recently, he worked as director of R&D at Intercast Networks - a content delivery company specializing in
personalized video and storage. Prior to that, Guy worked at Chromatis Networks – an optical transport solution for carriers' metro
networks company, where he provided leadership for its R&D NMS group. Chromatis Networks was acquired by Lucent Technologies.
Guy possesses an intuitive understanding of what end-users desire and how to position companies to meet those demands - two assets that
prove invaluable as Patient Fuel continues to expand its unique suite of online dental marketing solutions and services.
